We works directly with factories and artisans in China. Our factories are ISO Certified. ISO is an independent, non-governmental international organization that provides world-class standards for quality, safety, and efficiency of products, services, and systems. 

All of the materials used in the production are sustainable and organic materials. In other words, they contain no toxic air contaminants or hazardous air pollutants of any kind.

There are a few reasons why the promo code isn’t working:

You can log in our website with your email and track your order status in “order tracking” tab in the dashboard, then enter your order ID and email to check the shipping status.

If it shows your tracking code is invalid, it could be because your package is still in transit, so there is no shipping information available. Once it reaches the next sort facility, new shipping information will be updated.

Usually, it takes 1-3 days from the day we shipped out your items before the new shipping information is updated, so we suggest you wait a few days and come back to check again.

Yes, you can change the shipping address in your account dashboard. Please make sure to change it before the shipment, if you want to change the address after your package is shipped, you will need to contact the carrier and ask them to change the final address.
