- All US customers will enjoy USPS First Class / Priority Mail last-mile delivery (All items exept large unpackable hats & bags). Simply choose standard shipping at checkout.
- Before your order is shipped, we will need to process your order first, which on average takes around 2 to 4 business days. So, the total delivery time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.
- Expedited Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
- If you want out-of-stock items or need to customize your order, processing time may take longer depending on your specific request.
- Shipping time can take longer due to invalid addresses or custom clearance issues.
If you are located in remote area, shipping can also take longer.
- During the holiday season, the delivery time of your order may take longer than usual.
- For US, Canada, and EU customers, if the delivery of your packages takes more than 30 days, you will be eligible for partial refund.
- Please contact us within 3 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Note that overdue requests will not be accepted.
