All US customers will enjoy USPS Ground Advantage / Priority Mail last-mile delivery (All items except large unpackable hats & bags). Simply choose standard shipping at checkout.
Before your order is shipped, we will need to process your order first, which on average takes around 1 to 3 business days. So, the total delivery time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.
Expedited Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, at the moment we use FedEx, DHL, UPS or USPS Priority for expedited shipping.
If you want out-of-stock items or need to customize your order, processing time may take longer depending on your specific request.
Shipping time can take longer due to invalid addresses. If you are located in remote area, shipping can also take longer.
During the holiday season, the delivery time of your order may take longer than usual.
For US, Canada, and EU customers, if the delivery of your packages takes more than 30 days, you will be eligible for partial refund.
Please contact us within 3 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Note that overdue requests will not be accepted.
