Return conditions

  • You have 14 days upon receiving your item(s) to decide if the items are right for you. We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or any defective items you’ve purchased.
  • At the moment, we can only accept return from US customers.
  • You cannot return items that are worn, washed, damaged, and have the original tags removed.
  • We cannot afford to accept the ‘buy-many-keep-one’ purchase. Our customer service team may cancel an order believed to have been made with that intention.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the return if received in an unacceptable condition or without our prior knowledge.
  • We are not liable for return item(s) that are lost or damaged, please keep the receipt with tracking information.

Return defective items

We will do our best to ensure that the products shipped to our customers are in their best conditions. But if your product turns out to be defective, please provide us with the following proofs:

  • Photos of the front and the back of the package or box;
  • Partial shipment slips (if applicable);
  • Photo or video of the defective item;
  • A detailed description of the problem;

How long do I have to make a return?

If you are not happy with your purchase, neither are we. You can return the product to us within 14 days upon receiving your item(s). After 14 days, your request will not be accepted.

How do I make a return?

  • You can reach us via chat or email us at Please tell us the items you would like to return and your order ID, and indicate your return reason.
  • After we approve your return request, you can proceed with the return. We will provide the return address for you to ship back to us. (Please do not return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.)
  • Securely package your items in a box. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition with tags attached.
  • Be sure to include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your return.
  • Mail your return package using a traceable carrier.


  • Returns will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.
  • We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
  • For all US, Canada and EU customers, if the delivery of your packages takes longer than 30 days, you can reach out to us to apply for partial refund.
  • Note: Shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
