Where are your products made?

We works directly with factories and artisans in China. Our factories are ISO Certified. ISO is an independent, non-governmental international organization that provides world-class standards for quality, safety, and efficiency of products, services, and systems. 

Why isn’t my promo code working?

There are a few reasons why the promo code isn’t working:

1. The code has already expired.

2. The minimum requirements have not been met.

3. Another code has already been entered for the order

Can I delete my account?

Yes. All you have to do is to send us your request via email – cu******@pe*******.com or chat, and we will help you delete your account.

Is there any additional fee beyond purchase?

Mostly no. But sometime, high-value orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. We have no control over these charges.

When will my package arrive?

How can I track my order status?

You can track your order status on the order tracking page: https://www.peilishop.com/order-tracking/, then enter your order ID and email to check the shipping status.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rate depends on the shipping method, location and the items you purchase. Please find out at the checkout page.

Why it shows that my tracking number is invalid?

If it shows your tracking code is invalid, it could be because your package is still in transit, so there is no shipping information available. Once it reaches the next sort facility, new shipping information will be updated.

Usually, it takes 1-2 days from the day we shipped out your items before the new shipping information is updated, so we suggest you wait a few days and come back to check again.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Yes, you can change the shipping address in your account dashboard. Please make sure to change it before the shipment, if you want to change the address after your package is shipped, you will need to contact the carrier and ask them to change the final address.
