- Return Condition

  • After placing the order, you have 30 day to decide if the items are right for you. We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or any defective items you’ve purchased.
  • You cannot return items that are worn, washed, damaged, and have the original tags removed.
  • We cannot afford to accept the ‘buy-many-keep-one’ purchase. Our customer service team may cancel an order believed to have been made with that intention, or decline the refund application.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the return if received in an unacceptable condition or without our prior knowledge.
  • We are not liable for return item(s) that are lost or damaged, please keep the receipt with tracking information.

- Return defective items

We will do our best to ensure that the products shipped to our customers are in their best conditions. But if your product turns out to be defective, please provide us with the following proofs:

  • Photos of the front and the back of the package or box;

  • Partial shipment slips (if applicable);

  • Photo or video of the defective item;

  • A detailed description of the problem;

Once we determine the product is defective, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a new replacement or a full refund, shipping included.

- Return Process

  • Go to Return Center, and enter your order ID and email.
  • Choose the items you’d like to return and indicate your return reasons.
  • Choose your compensation method.
  • After we approve your return request, you can proceed with the return. We will provide the USPS return label (Please do not return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.)
  • Carefully package your items in the original shipping box if possible, and securely tape the Return Label on the outside of your return package.
  • Mail out the return package at your nearest USPS location.
  • Be sure to include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your return.

- Return cost

You can return your package with a traceable carrier of your choice, or you can use the Return Label we provided, and $5.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

- Exhange

We offer free exchanges for certain items. Click here to start an exchange for your orders. Exchanges follow our return eligibility policy.

- Refund

  • Refund will be processed within 3 business days upon receipt of the returned packages. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.
  • If the package is stolen or lost during shipping, you will be eligible for free replacement or refund. However, we do not take responsibility, once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
  • If your package isn’t delivered after 30 days, you can reach out to us to apply for full refund or new replacement.
  • Note: Original Shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
